Mike Delevante
Creative Director

Following a successful music career and extensive history designing for national brands, Mike Delevante founded Delevante, drawing upon his wealth of experience to create and direct design for local and national clients. Mike has worked with an impressive list of well-known businesses and organizations, serving as Designer at the School of Visual Arts, Associate Art Director at National Lampoon, Art Director of the Magazine Division at ABC, Designer and Art Director of Advertising at J.Crew, and Partner and Creative Director at RD&Q in Nashville. He has also acted as a freelance consultant/designer to Time Magazine, Rolling Stone, Sotheby's New York, and J.Crew.

Mike's decisive and elegant web and print design style has been nationally recognized, earning Print, Art Director's Club, Publication Design, and Addy Awards, as well as recognition from the School Art League NYC, and Macromedia Flash Site of the Day.

Also an accomplished musician, Mike has collaborated with his brother to record two albums on Rounder and Capitol Records as the Delevantes, and has toured the United States and Europe with Emmylou Harris, Steve Earle, John Prine, and others. The Delevantes achieved four #1 singles during their musical career, as well as the #1 Video spot on CMT Europe. Their success has been featured in Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, and USA Today.

Lindsay Jamieson
Brand Strategist

Lindsay's broad skill set is built on his extensive international experience. His branding and account planning history includes a position as Strategic Brand Consultant at Red Spider in London, the world's first advertising planning agency. Combined with his Strategic Brand Consultant experience at Headmint in New York, (formerly Red Spider USA), Lindsay has worked with highly visible national and international clients, including LucasFilm, ABC, BBC, Nike, Ford, First Direct, Seagram, Leo Burnett, Diebels beer, Procter and Gamble (Gain and Pert), Nuveen, Kellogg's, Sundance, Miller, Acura, Hilton, Coca Cola, Allstate, Foxtons, Toyota, Napster, Wieden & Kennedy (consumer research for Foster's) and Carnival Cruises, as well as corporate identity work for Headmint itself.

Lindsay has served as Creative Director for Ascendant Media, overseeing all creative for the online marketing and promotions company. He has worked as Account Planning Director for RD&Q in Nashville, providing branding insight and direction for local and national clients, including AIM Healthcare, Village Real Estate, The National Federation of Independent Business, Watkins College of Art and Design, Saint Thomas Healthcare, Baptist Healing Trust, and the Enliven Partnership.

In addition, Lindsay is a professional drummer, occasionally playing and touring with Ben Folds as well as recording sessions with a host of well-known artists. He has played alongside William Shatner, Joe Jackson, Departure Lounge, Kid Loco, The Sundays, and Robyn Hitchcock.

Austin Gray
Graphic Designer

After collaborating with Mike Delevante at RD&Q, Austin went on to become the senior graphic designer at Delevante in 2005. Austin's versatile design skills have created successful campaigns and stand-alone pieces for clients such as Village Real Estate, Plumgood Food, Belcourt Theatre, AIM Healthcare and Cheekwood.

Prior to RD&Q, Austin worked in local art galleries, as well as the legendary Hatch Show Print in Nashville. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas.

Valerie Job
Graphic Designer

Valerie is a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. She is already an award-winning designer having earned AIGA and Addy awards for her co-creation of Mule Magazine, an art and music publication. She has also designed for the Happy Envelope in Knoxville and spent a year as chief designer for Sarah's Hope Jewelry in Xiamen, China.
